Erin Miller, Esq.
Managing Partner
Erin Michelle Milleris a Florida licensed Real Estate Attorney and President of Title and Closings at Tortuga Title.
Since beginning her real estate law career in 2014, Erin has been focused on real estate transactions and title services in South Florida. When she is not providing support to the closing teams or representing law firm clients, she seeks opportunities to connect and share insights about the local real estate contracts with real estate agents and brokers. Her teaching style is both pragmatic and empathetic, and she enjoys presenting educational events which foster professional development and lively discussions with local real estate agents. Some of her recent presentations on the NABOR and FRBAR Contracts include: Real Estate Inspections, Financing Contingencies, FIRPTA, Contract Updates/Comparisons, Seller’s Disclosures, HOA Disclosures, Avoiding Deal Breakers, Death and Real Estate Closings, Personal Property, and Hurricane Preparedness for Realtors.
Erin grew up in Naples, is a proud Collier County Public Schools graduate (Seagate, Pine Ridge, Barron Collier, and Gulf Coast High School), and currently volunteers as the springboard diving coach for Naples High School.

Joe Lenihan, our Managing Partner at Tortuga Title, plays an active role in overseeing title operations. He applies his 20 years of business experience, including a background in real estate investing,
towards streamlining the closing process with the aim of making the experience convenient and transparent for clients and real estate agents. Joe is a lifelong Floridian and he has made the Town of Jupiter his home for the last ten years. He has two sons, Joseph and Donny, and loves spending time with them, whether it is watching their sports games or doing all things ocean related.
